A non-refundable retainer fee of £30 is required for all appointments. Please note that no appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We understand that delays may occur; however, communication is key. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled, and the retainer fee will be forfeited.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice before the appointment date. Late cancellations or changes will result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee.

The remaining balance is due at the appointment and should be paid in cash. For bank transfer payments, a 2% transaction fee will be added to the total balance.

Lace wigs must be dropped off or posted at least 3 days before the appointment date. Please use next-day tracked delivery and ensure your name and appointment date are clearly written on the parcel before sending.

Clients booking wig installations or sew-in styles must ensure all hair pieces are clean, prepared, and ready before the appointment.

Out-of-hours appointments and squeeze-ins may be available upon request and will incur an additional £30 fee. This fee must be paid together with the retainer fee.

Clients must arrive with clean, properly detangled, and product-free hair, ready to be cornrowed.

Due to the size of our studio, and to ensure a more professional environment, no plus-ones are permitted during appointments unless discussed and approved prior to your appointment.

Travel services are available upon request. A fee of £50 applies for locations within 20–25 miles of Reading West. Additional charges may apply for distances beyond this range.

For hair-included services, clients are advised to order wigs or human hair bundles at least 2 weeks before the appointment date.

Please note that refunds are not provided for services already rendered. Should you have any concerns regarding your hairstyle, kindly contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
